Purpose: To conduct business relating to educational issues.

The School Board of Manatee County, Florida, announces an Exempt Executive Session regarding CyberSecurity, on Tuesday May 20, 2025, at the Walter E. Miller School Support Center, 215 Manatee Ave. W. Bradenton, FL.

Pursuant to Florida Statutes, 286.0113, 286.011, and 282.318, the Shade Meeting is closed to the public. The meeting will begin at 2:30 PM or as soon thereafter as able. Attending the Cybersecurity Shade will be Board Members Chad Choate III, Cindy Spray, Heather Felton, Charles Kennedy and Richard Tatem. Also in attendance will be Dr. Jason Wysong, Superintendent of Manatee County School District; Joe Ranaldi, Deputy Superintendent of Operations; Derek Jensen, Deputy Superintendent of Instruction; Rachel Sellers, Deputy Superintendent of Business Services, Kevin Chapman, Executive Director of Administration; Stephen Dye, School Board Attorney; Kevin Pendley, Legal Counsel; Scott Hansen, Chief Technology Officer; Serge Jorgensen, Crowe; Amar Amirneni, Agitec; Amy Allyn, Payroll Lead; Cathy Miley, Finance Director; Dr. Christina Britton, Executive Director Human Resources, Tyler Goffi, Purchasing Director, and Court Reporter.

Unless otherwise noted, Board Workshops, Board Meetings, and Public Hearings are held at the Administration Building, 215 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205.
