Final Judgment was awarded on April 1, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023 11998 CIDL, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and BRIAN J GODDARD; TRACEY GODDARD A/K/A TRACEY LYNNE WALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRACEY GODDARD A/K/A TRACEY LYNNE WALL; LAW OFFICES OF LISA D. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
