Duffy aka Daniel David Duffy, deceased; Thomas R Duffy; Timothy D Duffy; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; are defendants, the Highlands County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Jury Assembly in the basement, Highlands County Courthouse, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, FL 33870, Highlands County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
