QUALIFICATIONS

The School District of Escambia County will be requiring professional services on an as-needed basis under annual contract for the following:

Architectural Services

Those firms interested in providing services under yearly contract should submit a letter of interest detailing their background and experience and submit one (1) bound copy and one (1) electronic copy of Standard Form 330 in a sealed envelope. Reply in writing to the attention of M. Keith Wasdin, Director of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Drive, Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503, no later than Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., local time. The School Districts Evaluation/Selection Committee will meet Thursday, June 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., local time, in the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Drive, Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Presentations will not be required for these services. This notice is posted at the Facilities Planning website: http://ecsd-fl.schoolloop.com/fascplan. Only submissions from firms with current contracts for each category expiring July 20, 2025 or currently not under contract will be accepted.
