PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Citrus County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing for Plat Vacation PV-2025-00001 in the County Commission Chambers, Citrus County Courthouse, 110 North Apopka Avenue, Inverness, Florida 34450, at 1:15 PM, on July 8, 2025, to determine whether or not this Board shall vacate a portion of the drainage and utility easement lying 7.5 feet either side of the common line between Lots 7 and 8, Block 111 Crystal Manor Unit No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 112-134 of the Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the plat vacation and the lands in connection therewith.
