Construction Services for

Developer Improvements

Manatee County, Florida

Hawk Curiosity Creek, LLC (the Developer) hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following:

Curiosity Creek, Nature Valley Extension Request for proposals to provide services relating to site development and roadway construction.

Bid packages for the above work items will be available beginning Thursday, June 26th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. via electronic transmission from the office of Hamilton Engineering & Surveying, LLC, 3409 W. Lemon St., Tampa, FL 33609. Each Bid Package will include, but not be limited to, the Request for Proposals, proposal and contract documents, and construction plans and specifications. Mr. Lucas Carlo, P.E. shall be the contact person(s) regarding the Bid Package.

The Developer has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the Developer to do so.

A mandatory pre-bid Zoom conference call will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 17th, 2025. NOTE: Interested contractors should email lucasc@hamiltonengineering.us prior to the 7/17/25 pre-bid meeting in order to be included in the meeting invite. Ranking of proposals will be made based on qualifications according to the evaluation criteria contained within the Bid Package. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing only to Hamilton Engineering & Surveying, LLC, 3409 W. Lemon St., Tampa, FL 33609 or via e-mail to

lucasc@hamiltonengineering.us no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday July 31st, 2025.

Firms desiring to provide services for this project must submit one (1) original, one (1) PDF of the required proposal and one (1) Excel file of the Schedule of Values and a linked schedule with an anticipated start date to final completion by no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, at the office of Hamilton Engineering & Surveying, LLC, 3409 W. Lemon St., Tampa, FL 33609: Mr. Lucas Carlo, P.E. The bid opening will follow at 2pm via a zoom conference call, August 7th 2025. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed opaque package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package, and shall identify the name of the project. Proposals will be opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Bid Package may be disqualified.

A Bid Bond will be required.
