The Specific parcel of real estate which is the subject of this instrument and which is the above mentioned individual dwelling unit, is neither located nor referenced in Plat Book P, Pages 30 through 103 inclusive of the Public Records of Marion County. Rather Dwelling '.'C" may be found and located in Official Records Book 1940, Pages 1790-1793 all of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.
