ANNOUNCEMENT OF NAME CHANGE

The Congregational Church of Laurel, 730 East Laurel Road, Nokomis, Florida 34275, mailing address P.O. Box 367, Laurel, Florida 34272, is changing its name to REVELATION CHURCH with no change to its leadership or location. The reason for the change is to avoid confusion regarding the denominational doctrine of the various Congregational associations. The REVELATION CHRCH is an independent evangelical body of believers that proclaim the infallibility of the Bible. Everything we teach, the way we relate to one another, and the decisions we make are all guided by our commitment to Scripture. Our doctrinal statement is a summary of the major themes and truths of Gods Word and it allows us to serve side by side in unity and love.
