NOTICE OF FILING OF INTERAGENCY BANK MERGER ACT APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Prime Meridian Bank, 1471 Timberlane Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, has submitted an application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia for its approval to merge with and into, and thereby transfer its deposits to, MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, 129 South Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801. Following the consummation of the proposed transaction, it is contemplated that MIDFLORIDA Credit Union will continue to operate all of the offices of Prime Meridian Bank: (i) 1471 Timberlane Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32312; (ii) 1871 Capital Circle Northeast, Tallahassee, Florida 32308; (iii) 2201 Crawfordville Highway, Crawfordville, Florida 32327; and (iv) 3340 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33803.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments, in writing, with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office located at 10 Tenth Street, NE, Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3906 before processing of the application has been completed. Processing will be completed no earlier than the 30th day following the first required publication. The period may be extended by the Regional Director for good cause. The non confidential portions of the application are on file at the FDIC Atlanta Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request. A schedule of charges for such copies can be obtained from the Regional Office.
