NOTICE

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY

The School Board of Orange County, Florida (the “School Board”) is seeking competitive bids for the sale and purchase of certain real estate described as Fort Gatlin Administrative Center f/k/a Navy Sonar Laboratory located at 3909 S Summerlin Ave., Orlando, Florida (the “Property”).

The Property is specifically defined as approximately ~2.8 acres, and the legal description of which is attached in the OCPS Invitation to Bid # ITB 25122, available to download on Vendor Link. Tax parcel number is 15-23-29-0146-00-022 and is Zoned R3.

PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING: The property will be made available for a one–time viewing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM. An OCPS representative will meet prospective buyers on-site for a tour. The site visit is not mandatory.
