Archbishop Carroll Manoris pleased to announce the re-opening of their waiting list for Section 8 apartments starting August 5th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. through August 8th at 4:00 p.m. Closing of the waiting list is subject to when the anticipated total number of applications is reached:

200 Pre-applications for one-bedroom units and

50 pre-applications for ADA - Mobility impaired units

50 Pre-applications for ADA-Hearing or Visual impaired units

Eligibility requirements include:

1. 62 years of age or older and/or mobility, hearing/vision impaired

2. Living on a limited income of $43,400 or less annually for one person, and $49,550 or less annually for two people

NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE SITE.

NOTE: Management reserves the right to keep the waiting list open until the waiting list is replenished with projected pre-application totals or for the advertising period, whichever comes first. Position on the waiting list will be determined by date and time of application. Applicants will receive notification following the closing of the waiting list confirming receipt.
