Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSQ)

Sealed responses will be received by the Office of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Lake County Board of County Commissioners, until 3:00 p.m. on August 5, 2025 for RSQ 25-755. This is for Construction, Engineering, and Inspection Services for Citrus Grove Road, Phase II project. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled.

This project is funded by a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Project Grant Agreement. At a minimum, this project requires one professional engineer registered with the Florida State Board of Professional Engineers with at least three years of experience in bridge or roadway construction inspection, experienced with FDOT documentation of CEI construction projects, and must follow Florida Administrative Code 14-75.003.
