Suffolk Construction is honored to serve as the awarded Construction Manager for the upcoming 294,993 square-foot East Zone High School NNN campus, to be constructed at the intersection of Tuckahoe Road and Joel Boulevard in Alva, Florida, on behalf of the School District of Lee County.

We hereby extend an invitation to qualified subcontractors and trade partners to submit sealed bids for their respective scope(s) of work.

At this time, only the following packages are being re-bid.

0810 Doors, Frames, & Hardware Supply and Install.

1056 Metal Shelving

1075 Flagpoles

1082 Exeter Screens

1152 Projection Screens

1310 Gasoline Storage and Dispensing System

1335 Modular/Prefab Guard Shack

3230 Site Furnishing

3280 Landscape & Irrigation

Scope of work for each package is listed in the Bid Form on Building Connected. Bidders are encouraged to not wait till last minute to submit their bid, some bid forms are extensive and require time to complete. It is also recommended to review the bid forms ahead of time to ensure proper scope coverage.
