NOTIFICATION FOR FLOOD HAZARD REVISIONS

The Manatee County Floodzone and Floodplain Management Section, hereby gives notice of the Rye Crossing Phase I Community's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located in Township 34S, Range 19E, Section 13.

The applicant seeks to revise the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) No. 12081C021 Panel No. 0215.

As a result of the revision, the 1-percent-annual-chance

water-surface elevations shall be established, and the

1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will narrow and be established within the area of revision.
