NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2025 and entered in CASE NO.: 2025000025CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in and for Okeechobee County, Florida wherein SOUTH FLORIDA QUALITY MORTGAGE, a Florida corporation and RUKYS LEGACY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is/are Plaintiffs and PARTS SG, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, MANUEL A. SANTOS, et al. is/are the Defendant(s), and that the Okeechobee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, JERALD D. BRYANT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://okeechobee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on September 17, 2025, the following described property as set forth in and pursuant to said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Beginning at the intersection of the West Line of the East 330.00 feet of the West 660.00 feet of said Government Lot 1 and the Northerly Right-of-Way Line of State Road No. 15 (U.S. 441);Thence bear North 002400" East, along the said West Line of the East 330.00 feet of the West 660.00 feet of Government Lot 1, to the South Line of that Parcel of Land described in Official Records Book 393, Page 478, of the Public Records of Okeechobee County, Florida, a Distance of 259.65 feet; Thence bear South 895426" East, along South Line of said parcel of land described in Official Records Book 393, Page 478, to the Northwest corner of that parcel of land described in Official Records Book 276, Page 1806, Public Records of Okeechobee County, Florida. A distance of 127.85 feet; Thence bear South 0039'02" West, along the West Line of land described in Official Records Book 276, Page 1806 to the Northerly Right-of-Way Line of said State Road No. 15, a distance of 286.98 feet; Thence bear North 7742'56" West, a distance of 129.36 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the surplus funds as unclaimed.
