NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2025, and entered in 23000820CAA of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for Gadsden County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN- INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE HOLDERS OF MLMI TRUST 2002-AFCI ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-AFC1 is the Plaintiff and EARNESTINE B.
