Notice is hereby given that the Gasparilla Island Bridge Authority will receive proposals from legal entities authorized and licensed a professional engineering firm to do business in Florida.

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING- CONTINUING

SERVICES CONTRACTS

PROPOSAL DUE DATE September 26, 2025

Proposals shall be emailed to kathy@giba.us no later than 4:00 pm on September 26, 2025. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.

Information regarding this request for proposal may be viewed and downloaded from GIBAs website at www.giba.us. Requests for additional information or clarification must be emailed to Kathy Banson kathy@giba.us. Responses will be provided as an addendum and posted on www.giba.us.

Contracts will be offered to all qualified firms who respond with a complete submittal. Contracts will be for a three-year term. Upon mutual agreement the contracts may be extended an additional two years for a total of five years. There are no projects specifically identified in this request for service.

There will be no site visits offered or allowed in relation to this request for proposal. Do not contact any staff members other than through the email address offered above.
