NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25000078GCAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Andrew R. Quarles, Jr. a/k/a Andrew Jackson Quarles; Unknown Spouse of Andrew R. Quarles, Jr. a/k/a Andrew Quarles; Mary B. Terry; Unknown Spouse of Mary B. Terry; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Clifford R. Rhoades, P.A., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Highlands County Clerk of the Court will sell at Jury Assembly Room, Basement, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870 at 11:00 a.m. on October 8, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 9 AND LOT 10, BLOCK 22, AVON PARK LAKES, OF RED HILL FARMS ADDITION, UNIT B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 49 AND 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
