NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2025, and entered in CASE NO.: 2025-CA-1052 of the Clerk of Osceola County, wherein VACATION VILLAS AT FANTASYWORLD TIMESHARE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and as Defendants SHEILA ROWAN, CRISTY SAYLES, FRANCISCO TIRADO, LEON THOMAS, KANDIS LEWIS-THOMAS, MICHAEL E. THOMPSON, JERUSHIUA L. THOMPSON, STEVEN TUCKER, MYJIA TUCKER, MONIQUE VALENTINE, EDWARD WOODALL, JULIET WOODALL, the Office of Kelvin Soto, Osceola County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 A.M. on NOVEMBER 4, 2025 at the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd Floor), Kissimmee, Florida 34741 to wit:

g) Time Share Period 11-1 BIENNIEL ODD UNIT 2,, in which the first number represents the unit number and the number after the hyphen represents the unit week number, in Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1030, at pages 0555-0583 inclusive, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, and all amendment(s) thereto, if any. The current owners of which are EDWARD WOODALL AND JULIET WOODALL.
ALL WITHIN VACATION VILLAS AT FANTASYWORLD TIMESHARE OWNERS ASSOCIATION according to the Declaration of Timeshare Plan thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1030, Page 0555-0583 inclusive, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, and all amendments thereto. Including the building and appurtenances located therein, together with the fixtures situate therein and located thereon.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the Foreclosure Sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
