NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE WESTVIEW SOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTIn accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Westview South Community Development District (District) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop a set of lake and trespass rules (Lake and Trespass Rules). The proposed Lake and Trespass Rules rule number is 2025-1. The purpose and effect of these rules is to provide for efficient and effective District operations.
