The School Board will conduct rule development via a work session on October 14, 2025. POLICY ECA Building and Grounds Security Purpose and Effect: Proposed revisions to Policy ECA include language to allow the Superintendent or designee to manage access to Board-owned, controlled and leased property, issue trespass warnings to persons in unauthorized areas, prohibit recording video or sound within Board owned, controlled and leased property without the consent of all persons being recorded, and to prohibit various categories of conduct, including but not limited to engaging in unlawful conduct; possessing weapons on Board property unless specifically permitted by law; engaging in disruptive, harassing and unsafe behavior which interferes with the performance of duties by Board employees; possession of illegal drugs; and audio or video recording in any facilities unless all persons consent to such recording, with the exception of meetings of the School Board.
