TO: DEFENDANT, ROSSELYN MOUX VEGA, and to all parties claiming interest by, though, under or against Defendants, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendants in a legal proceeding filed against you for injunctive relief on the following property in Osceola County, Florida:

Lot 79, Cypress Ridge, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages(s) 143 through 146, inclusive, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.

The action was instituted in the County Court, Osceola County, Florida, and is styled Cypress Ridge Community Homeowners Association, Inc. v. Rayner Alexei Pulgar Pino. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to, STAGE LAW FIRM, P.A., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is P.O.
