Project: Osceola County Schools for the Arts

Portable Relocation / Admin Hookup

DACG is seeking qualified subcontractors for the following scopes of work:

Project 1 OCSA to Admin Complex

Removal of 5 concrete portables and 1 restroom portable from OCSA.

Installation at Admin Complex: site work, foundations, roofing, walkways, canopies, HVAC, electrical, data, fire alarm, intrusion/security, intercom, plumbing, and final cleaning. Demo and removal of 1 existing portable at Admin Complex

Project 2 OCSA to Osceola Transportation West

Removal of 3 concrete portables from OCSA. Installation at Transportation West: Portable building foundations and roofing

Project 3 OCSA to Osceola Transportation East

Removal of 3 concrete portables from OCSA. Installation at Transportation East: Portable building foundations and roofing

Key Dates:

Advertisement to Bid: October 419, 2025

Bid Due: October 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM

GMP Submission: October 27, 2025

Board Approval: November 7, 2025

Drawings Available: October 15, 2025 on Building Connect

Subcontractors with experience in site work, foundations, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, data/security systems, and general demo/relocation services are encouraged to participate.
