LOT 71, AMBERLEY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 62 THROUGH 65, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A lawsuit has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on JOSHUA MOWERY, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is DHN ATTORNEYS, 448 South Alafaya Trail, Unit 8, Orlando, FL 32828, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, to be published in Osceola News-Gazette, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Lien Foreclosure Complaint.
