Said property is in the custody of the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. An Osceola County Judge has issued an Order Finding Probable Cause. You are required to serve a copy of your answer asserting any affirmative defenses with the Osceola County Clerk of Court and the undersigned counsel within 20 days after the date of publication, October 16, 2025. Failure to timely file your defenses or any other responsive pleading will result in a default being entered against you.
