NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 26, 2025, entered in Civil Case No. 2022-CA-002010 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-C, is Plaintiff and A. ERIC TABUTEAU, a/k/a A.E. TABUTEAU; ROSE M. TABUTEAU; et, al., are Defendants. The Clerk, Kelvin Soto, Esq., will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the Main Entrance, 2600/Room #2602, of the Osceola County Courthouse, 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee in Osceola County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 4, 2025, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
