NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT CITY OF MAITLAND FLORIDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Maitland City Council will hold a Public Meeting on Monday October 27, 2025, at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, in the Council Chambers of Maitland City Hall,1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, to consider the following: ORDINANCE NO. 1451 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA, GRANTING RGH WASTE & DISPOSAL, LLC. A NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO PROVIDE ROLL-OFF CONTAINER COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE WITHIN THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA; OUTLINING THE FRANCHISEES DUTIES AND PROVIDING FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH SUCH FRANCHISE WILL OPERATE; PROVIDE FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Interested parties may appear at said meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based.
