PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustment on October 28, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in Orlando City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida, to consider the following variance requests: 1) 5328 Denver Dr. (A) Variance to allow a reduced rear yard setback, (B) Variance to allow an increased backyard coverage area, and (C) Variance to allow an increased overall impervious surface ratio [case# VAR2025-10039]; 2) 1440 Lake Highland Dr. Variance to allow a reduced street side yard setback for a patio [case# VAR2025-10040]; and 3) 1013 S. Lake Formosa Dr. Design Variance to allow a projecting front garage, where front-loaded garages are prohibited in the Traditional City Overlay [case# VAR2025-10041].
