NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners beginning at 1:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as practical, on November 3, 2025, in the Osceola County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, 4th Floor, 1 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida, to consider the following: Adoption of Resolution #25-124R for VAC25-0009: Adoption of Resolution #25-124R vacating a portion of a portion of existing right of way of Osceola Polk Road, Grant Street, Ray Street, Lanier Street, Pound Street and Clay Street as shown on the Plat of Walkers Loughman Addition, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 338, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, containing approximately 3.96 Acres +/- and is generally located west of State Road 17 aka South Orange Blossom Trail, east of Old Tampa Highway, North of Church Road and South of Ivy Mist Lane in Section 6, Township 26 South, Range 28 East, Florida, Commission District: 1 BCC Date 11-03-25 Materials relating to the above may be examined in the offices of the Osceola County Community Development, 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 1100, Kissimmee, Florida 34741, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., weekdays except holidays.
