AFFIDAVIT OF DOMICILE/CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP

I, Modeste, Zelon a Grenadian National, hereinafter Affiant do hereby declare, state, and verify, being first duly sworn under oath, affirms that the affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the State of NEW YORK, County of KINGS, which he acknowledges and intends to keep as his permanent home. Affiant further declares that he also maintains residence at 12448 FLATLANDS AVE, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK [11239], and previously resided at 26 FEDERAL PLAZA, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10278. However, his primary and principal home remains in New York, which he intends to maintain permanently.

Affiant affirms that the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive and register memorials on any outstanding Certificate of Title, an official Certificate of Citizenship on the registered owner named (Zelon Modeste) on said Certificate of Title, reflecting the date of birth. Said Certificate of the registered owner (Zelon Modeste) shall be accepted, provided it is accompanied by an affidavit from an affiant familiar with the facts, affirming that the party named in the certificate is the same as one of the owners listed in the Certificate of Title. Following this, the Registrar of Titles shall recognize the registered owner (Zelon Modeste) as having reached the age of majority, eighteen (18) years after the date of birth recorded on the Certificate.

Affiant further declares that the natural person identified as the NEXUS SUPERUS EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership over the Certificate of Title No. A2396442, dated February 14th, 2008. Additionally, the affiant asserts that Zelon Modeste, or Zelon Family of the Modeste Estate, is a bona fide legal resident of the State of New York. The filing of this affidavit shall serve as sufficient proof of such legal residency and permanent domicile to be accepted by all persons and courts.
