SECTION 00020 INVITATION TO BID Bid Proposals are hereby solicited by the Town of Eatonville for the Vereen Lift Station Improvements The Town of Eatonville, Florida, is accepting sealed bids at the Eatonville Town Hall, 307 East Kennedy Blvd., Eatonville, Florida, 32751, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on November 24, 2025, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids delivered after the date and time indicated above will not be opened or otherwise considered. Please note that facsimile, telegraph, email or bids not enclosed in a sealed envelope will not be opened or considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a Bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder. The Project consists of the demolition of the existing Lift Station facilities and construction of a new duplex pump station, above ground valve assembly, electrical instrumentation and controls system, generator pad with diesel generator, 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, 4-inch PVC force main, one (1) gravity sewer doghouse manhole, lining of existing gravity sewer manhole and concrete flume as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Work lies along Vereen Drive within the Town of Eatonville. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on November 10, 2025 at the Eatonville Town Hall, 307 East Kennedy Blvd., Eatonville, Florida, 32751. Solicitation packages including plans, specifications, terms, conditions, general instructions and bid submission documents are now available and may be obtained from Demand Star. Anyone obtaining a complete set of the Solicitation Package must indicate whether he/she is a general contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer, or supplier. Only complete sets of the Solicitation Package will be distributed. Only registered holders of the Solicitation Package will receive addenda.
