NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 13, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-003574 MF in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC., Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANN VAN SICKLE A/K/A ANN MARIE COMEAU A/K/A ANNE MARIE COMEAU VANSICKLE, DECEASED; RICHARD KEVIN COMEAU; NANCY M.
