NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 2023 CA 000533 MF of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and JOHNNY GARCIA RESTO; JOHANNA REYES; THE RESIDENCES AT TAPESTRY NEIGHBORHOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants. KELVIN SOTO, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor), Kissimmee, FL 34741, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of JANUARY 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:

LOT 679, OF TAPESTRY - PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 13 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
