NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2025, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-001449-MF of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for OSCEOLA County, Florida, wherein SPECTRUM AT REUNION CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and C & R REAL ESTATE SPECTRUM CONDO, LLC, et al., are the Defendants, KELVIN SOTO, ESQ., Clerk of Court of Osceola County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor) of the Osceola County Courthouse, Kissimmee, FL 34741, at 11:00 AM, on DECEMBER 2, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
