NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-000422 MF, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for OSCEOLA County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR BRAVO RESIDENTIAL FUNDING TRUST 2021-NQM1, is Plaintiff, and MARCELO CARLOS GUIMARAES DE LIMA; LUCIANA DO NASCIMENTO DE LIMA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STOREY LAKE CLUB, LLC; THE COVE RESORT AT STOREY LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants. KELVIN SOTO, ESQ, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN SUITE 2600/ROOM 2602 OF THE OSCEOLA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, at 2 COURTHOUSE SQUARE, KISSIMMEE in OSCEOLA County, FLORIDA 34741, at 11:00 A.M., on NOVEMBER 18, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 49, IN BLOCK J, STOREY LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 150 THROUGH 167, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
