The School Board of Orange County, Florida, announces that Construction Management Services are required for the project listed below.

PROJECT NAME AND NUMBER: Piedmont Lakes Middle School Renovation Comprehensive Project, RFQ 2529CM

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Construction Management Services.

PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING: November 11, 2025, 10:00 a.m., via WebEx.

Meeting information will be posted on VendorLink.

Attendance is not mandatory.
