With the intent of being contractually bound, any Juristic Person, as well as the agent of said Juristic Person, contents and agrees by this Copyright Notice that neither said Juristic Person, nor the agent of said Juristic Person, shall display, nor otherwise use in any manner, the trade-mark/trademark, nor common-law copyrights described herein, nor any derivative of, nor any variation in the spelling of, said name without prior, express, written consent and acknowledgement of IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST, hereinafter known as the Secured Party, as significant by Secured Partys signature. Secured Party neither grants, nor implies, nor otherwise gives consent for any unauthorized use of EDWARD JAMES HART JUNIOR, EDWARD J HART, HART, EDWARD JAMES, EDWARD JAMES FAMILY OF HART ESTATE, EDWARD J HART BANKRUPTCY ESTATE, MEHOMESCA, LLC, COR CORDIS TRUST ENTERPRISE , IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST ENTERPRISES and IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST, and all such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. The Secured Party is not now, nor has ever been, an accommodation party, not a surety, for the debtor, i.e. EDWARD JAMES FAMILY OF HART ESTATE nor any derivative of, nor for any variation in the spelling of, said name, nor for any other juristic person, the debtor (EDWARD JAMES HART JUNIOR,) is completely under the jurisdiction of the Foreign Express Trust, IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST, an Irrevocable Trust Organization for tax treaty purposes associated with the Internal Revenue Service withholding compliances. The Secured Party is the holder of the U.S. Department of State Annexed Security No. 24059438-1, dated September 11, 2024; The State non-Hague Convention Country Certificate No. 77909 dated August 5, 2024; and the County of Alameda, Oakland, Certificate of Title No. 104-77-234306, as the Collateral for the Security Interest, known as Equity Secured Promissory Note No. G8011951, in the amount of a Nine Billion Dollar Lien with Interest. See Copyright Depot No(s). 00096557-1, 00096558-1 and 00096559-1, against all claims, legal action, orders, warrants, judgements, demands, liabilities, losses, depositions, summons, lawsuits, costs, fines, liens, levies, penalties, damages, interest, and expenses whatsoever, both absolute and contingent, as are due and as might become due, now existing and as might hereafter arise, and as might be suffered by, imposed on, and incurred by debtor for any and every reason, purpose, and cause whatsoever. This Notice by Declaration becomes a fully executed copyright notice wherein HART, EDWARD JAMES (the Grantor & Trust Protector) of the IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST, grants the Secured Party security interest in all of the debtors property and interest in the property in the sum certain amount of Seven Billion Dollars ($7,000,000,000.00 USD) exercised by a Nine Billion Dollar ($9,000,000,000.00) Lien referenced with the California Secretary of State Financing Statement in the Organic Public Record Alameda Recorders Clerk Office non-Uniform Commercial Code Central Filing. For each trade-name/trademark each and every use of any and all derivatives of, and variations in the spelling of EDWARD JAMES HART JUNIOR, EDWARD J HART, HART, EDWARD JAMES, EDWARD JAMES FAMILY OF HART ESTATE, EDWARD J HART BANKRUPTCY ESTATE, MEHOMESCA, LLC, COR CORDIS TRUST ENTERPRISE , IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST ENTERPRISES and IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST, the trust office shall refer to the Affidavit of Schedule of Fees for summary judgement granted by any court of record in the matters of equity.
