I, Hart, Edward James, a Californian National declare, state and verify before a notary public, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and says that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of ANTIOCH, County of CONTRA COSTA, State of CALIFORNIA, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintain a residence at 4464 LONETREE WAY, ANTIOCH, CALIFORNIA, and that he formerly resided at 1106 MADISON STREET, OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA, but that his abode in California constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he Affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title and official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (EDWARD JAMES HART) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (EDWARD JAMES HART), providing there is attached to said birth certificate and affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners name in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat the said registered owner (EDWARD JAMES HART) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the IN CAMERA DOMINIUM EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 104-77-234306, dated September 14th 1977, affiant further declares that EDWARD JAMES HART or the EDWARD JAMES FAMILY OF HART ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of California, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
