PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Orlando Board of Zoning Adjustment on November 18, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in Orlando City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida, to consider the following variance requests: 1) 1740 Delaney Ave. Variance to allow a shed to be located in front of the existing home, where it would normally be required to be even with or recessed behind the primary structure [case# VAR2025-10042]; 2) 1021 Chichester St. Variance to allow a reduced rear yard setback for an attached garage [case# VAR2025-10043]; 3) 400 Dubsdread Cir. (A) Variance to allow a reduced west side yard setback for a detached garage, and (B) Variance to allow a reduced east side yard setback for said garage [case# VAR2025-10044]; 4) 2841 Middlesex Rd. (A) Variance to allow an existing driveway to remain less than 50 ft. from a street intersection, and (B) Variance to allow a new driveway that allows for parking perpendicular to the driveway, where parking parallel is required [case# VAR2025-10045]; and 5) 8412 McCoy Rd. Variance request to allow outdoor storage within the ASD-2/AN zoning district, with a default zoning of AC-2, where a minimum 300-ft. separation is required for open storage uses in AC zoned properties [case# VAR2025-10046].
