Dr. Donald L. Blackmon, M.D., will retire from the practice of medicine in Escambia County, Florida, effective November 30, 2025. All patient medical records will be transferred to & maintained by new practice owner Dr. Ashley Weil, M.D., located at 6160 N. Davis Hwy., Ste. 5, Pensacola, FL, 32504. Patients may request copies by contacting (850) 471-2121.

This notice will be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Pensacola News Journal. A copy of this notice is being provided to the Florida Board of Medicine.
