I, MARIANO JR., GERARDO also known as GERARDO NOBILUOMO, DUCA OF BOSTON (affiant), a Massachusettsian National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and sayeth that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of ASHLAND, County of MIDDLESEX, State of MASSACHUSETTS, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 600 Concord St., Framingham, MA 01701, and that he formerly resided at 800 Washington Street, Norwood, MA 02062 (city) NORWOOD (state) MASSACHUSETTS, but that his abode in Massachusetts constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (GERARDO MARIANO JR.) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (GERARDO MARIANO JR.), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (GERARDO MARIANO JR.) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the LEGATUM IMPERATORIS EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 24026436-2, dated March 23rd, 2024. Affiant further declares that GERARDO MARIANO JR. or the GERARDO FAMILY OF MARIANO NAME ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Massachusetts, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.

I, Mariano Jr., Gerardo also known as GERARDO NOBILUOMO, DUCA OF BOSTON, declare, state, verify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the above statements are true and correct, and with nothing further to state, I have affixed my seal, mark or signature below.
