PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC COMMENT REVIEW PERIOD & PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ST. CLOUD PY 2024 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) NOTICE is given that a draft of the PY 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the City of St. Cloud will be available for a 15-day public review and comment period. A public hearing will also be held to review the CAPER. The City of St. Cloud in an entitlement city receiving an annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The CAPER reports on accomplishments and expenditures for the Citys CDBG program as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). CDBG funded activities are intended to help low- and moderate-income households in the City. The PY 2024 CAPER reports on the program activities from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: All interested citizens are encouraged to participate. The draft CAPER will be available to the public to review from November 17, 2025 through December 2, 2025 at the St. Cloud Procurement Department, 1300 9th Street, Bldg.
