GIR EAST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED MERGER WITH THE WATERLIN STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT; AND NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING.The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the GIR East Community Development District (District) will hold a public hearing on December 3, 2025 at 3:45 p.m., or shortly thereafter as reasonably possible, at 4695 Fanny Bass Road, St. Cloud, FL 34772. The public hearing is to be held for the purpose of providing information about and taking public comments on the proposed merger of the District with the Waterlin Stewardship District, pursuant to the provisions of Section 190.046(3), Florida Statues, and 2025-238(6)(27), Laws of Florida. A regular board meeting of the District will also be held at that time where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.A copy of the agenda and proposed merger agreement may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, Governmental Management Services Central Florida, LLC, 219 E. Livingston Street, Orlando, FL 32801, (407) 841-5524 (District Managers Office), during normal business hours.The public hearing and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The public hearing and meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
