TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) of Brevard County, Florida, will meet pursuant to Chapter 194, Florida Statutes, and Rule 12D-9.013, F.A.C., on November 21, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. in the Brevard County Government Center Florida Room, Building C, 3rd Floor 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida, to hold a Special Meeting to adopt and ratify local administrative procedures and forms of the Board, including newly required from the Florida Department of Revenue regarding electronic appearances before the VAB.

In accordance with F.S. 286.0105, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), if any person with a disability as defined by the ADA needs special accommodations to participate in this proceeding, then not later than two business days prior to the proceeding, he or she should contact the Brevard County Managers Office at (321) 633-2010.
