NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING FOR HARBOR RESERVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Harbor Reserve Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 11:15 AM at the West Osceola Branch Library, 305 Campus Street, Celebration, Florida 34747. The Audit Committee (Committee) of the Harbor Reserve Community Development District will hold a meeting immediately following the conclusion of the Board of Supervisors meeting

A copy of the agenda may be obtained from the Districts website: https://www.harborreservecdd.net/ or by contacting the District Manager at 407-841-5524 and providing a telephone and email address during normal business hours. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.

Any person requiring special accommodations to access and participate in the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Office at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
