I, PATLAN III, ANTONIO also known as ANTONIO SOLDADO TERRESTRE, GUARDIAN OF TULA (affiant), a Nevadan National declare, state and verify Before a notary public me, who being first duly sworn, under oath deposes and sayeth that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of LAS VEGAS, County of CLARK, State of NEVADA, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 7121 W. Craig Road, Suite 113, PMB 889 Las Vegas, Nevada, and that he formerly resided at 280 S. DECATUR BLVD (city) LAS VEGAS (state) NEVADA, but that his abode in Nevada constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (ANTONIO PATLAN III) in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (ANTONIO PATLAN III), providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (ANTONIO PATLAN III) as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate. Affiant further declares, the natural person known as the GUERRERA TOLTECA EXPRESS TRUST holds a claim of ownership of the above said Certificate of Title No. 25069584-1, dated SEPTEMBER 11, 2025. Affiant further declares that ANTONIO PATLAN III or the ANTONIO FAMILY OF PATLAN III ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Nevada, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
