11/21/2025 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF OVIEDO, FLORIDA The City of Oviedo proposes to consider the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 1761 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OVIEDO, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 28, ARTICLES I AND II OF THE CITY OF OVIEDO CODE OF ORDINANCES; UPDATING IMPACT FEES FOR PARKS AND RECREATION, FIRE AND RESCUE, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE FACILITIES; REVISING RELATED DEFINITIONS, PROCESSES, AND METHODS OF CALCULATION; ADOPTING ANIMPACT FEE TECHNICAL REPORT FOR PARKS AND RECREATION, FIRE AND RESCUE, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE FACILITIES; REVISING DEFINITIONS CONCERNING MOBILITY FEES; AND PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, CORRECTION OF SCRIVENER'S ERRORS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. LOCATION MAP A public hearing will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, before the City of Oviedo City Council beginning at 6:30 PM. The public hearing will be held in the City of Oviedo City Council Chambers, 400 Alexandria Boulevard, Oviedo, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard. The ordinance and its supporting documents may be reviewed on or after Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Development Services Department, City Hall Annex Building, 320 Alexandria Boulevard, weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays.
