11/23/2025 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held to revise the Miscellaneous tariff sheet to further define the e-FlexPay Program requirements, revise the Rider- Community Solar Rate (CSR) tariff to provide flexibility to administer subscriptions in the future, to establish and define the Rate Schedule - Public Charging for Electric Vehicles at KUA owned stations and to revise the Net Metering tariff to allow accumulated credits to continue rolling forward and include the updated Tri-Party Net Metering Power Purchase Agreement & Standard Interconnection Agreement Customer-Owned Renewable Generation System.
