NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT CITY OF MAITLAND FLORIDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Maitland City Council will hold a Public Meeting on Monday December 8, 2025, at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, in the Council Chambers of Maitland City Hall,1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, to consider the following: ORDINANCE NO. 1452 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MAITLAND, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE NUMBERING OF BUILDINGS AND THE NAMING AND RENAMING OF STREETS; AMENDING SECTION 5.15. BUILDING NUMBERING AND STREET NAMING, OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE GENERAL REGULATION OF NUMBERING OF BUILDINGS AND NAMING AND RENAMING OF STREETS; PROVIDING FOR REQUIREMENTS FOR STREET RENAMINGS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Interested parties may appear at said hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this hearing will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based.
