REUNION WEST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Reunion West Community Development District (District) will conduct a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors and an attorney-client session on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., at the West Osceola Branch Library, 305 Campus Street, Celebration, Florida 34747. A copy of the agenda for the regular meeting may be obtained by contacting Tricia Adams at the District Managers office at Governmental Management Services Central Florida, LLC, at 219 East Livingston Street, Orlando, Florida 32801, by telephone at (407) 841-5524, by email at tadams@gmscfl.com , or by visiting the Districts website at https://reunionwestcdd.com . The purpose of the regular meeting is to conduct any and all business coming before the Board. The regular meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. Notice is further given that an attorney-client session between the Board and the Districts legal counsel will commence during the regular meeting to discuss pending litigation to which the District is presently a party before a court, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes. The attorney-client session is not open to the public. At the conclusion of the attorney-client session, the regular meeting shall be reopened, and the termination of the attorney-client session will be announced. The following persons are anticipated to be in attendance at the regular meeting and attorney- client session: Graham Staley, Mark Greenstein, William Witcher, Michael Barry, Sharon Harley, Tricia Adams, Jennifer Eden, Esq., Christina Taylor, Esq., Kristen Trucco, Esq. and a certified court reporter. The attorney-client session is expected to last approximately two (2) hours but may extend longer. The regular meeting and attorney-client session may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors on the Board will participate by telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this regular meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting by contacting the District Manager at (407) 841-5524.
